Keely

Keely wearing her red ID Cape with Pockets & Reflective TrimThis beautiful 5 year old Newfoundland belongs to Liz Potter. These images are taken at Lake Sebago, Herriman State Park, New York.

Liz says, "Keely wears her ID Cape (size XLarge) for safety, which gives it in three ways. First, it tells people the big, black bear-like beast coming at them through the woods is not someone to be afraid of or hunted. Second, the optional reflective stripes give nighttime safety from cars. Third, the cape is a back-up to the collar tags (emergency phone numbers are inside one of the pockets, and indelible ink marks the inside of the ID Cape)."

"Keely" swimming in her ID CapeThis image shows Keely enjoying a dip in the water. Notice how the Reflective Trim pops on her dark coat. The water even re-reflects the light from her Cape. Her eyes have also caught the camera's flash.

Liz has one final comment about Keely's gear: "The jackets are great - well made, non-restrictive, fit wonderfully. Lots of people ask me where they can get one for their dog! If you take your dogs with you everywhere - this item is indispensable in terms of safety!"
