Dogs can assist people with a disability to do daily tasks. These special animals are trained to do many things, including picking up dropped objects, pulling wheelchairs, predicting seizures, and helping with stability for walking.
This list includes contact information for many of the organizations that train service dogs, however some may no longer exist and new ones may have formed. This listing is for informational purposes only. It is up to each person to check the credentials of the organization and to find a program that is compatible to their needs.
