Wolf Packs^® CoolMax™ T-Shirts

Stay comfortable during your toughest hikes with our new short sleeved CoolMax T-shirts! The image is printed on the front "pocket" area (left side) and measures four inches tall by three inches wide. We considered adding a large image to the back of these shirts. Because of the ink coverage, doing so would have eliminated the evaporative effect of CoolMax. Since so many of our customers are backpackers, we figured a back image would be covered by their packs much of the time anyway.

Jeff Johnson submitted this wonderful drawing for our T-Shirt Art Contest in 1999. Jeff included a touching note with his entry about this piece. We wish to share a few sentences from his note with everybody:

"I have been recovering for several months from a broken leg. Creating this picture for you has helped pass the time and brought back fond memories of adventures with my little buddy, Dunlop."

Jeff's creation shows a silhouetted hiker and trail dog enjoying the sunset over distant mountains across a lake or snowfield. The sun is a large yellow disk sinking beneath an orange sky. The dog is wearing a red dog pack.
